Our shamiyanas consist of two folds of cloth. The upper layer may be made of waterproof/non-waterproof cotton cloth. The inner layer is of decorative cloth and can be from the following varieties:

These are used for outdoor functions.

The four sides are enclosed by walls of 6 ft/7 ft height and provided with doorways. The top contains a frill of matching color and design. The shamiyanas are supplied with all accessories like wooden pegs, bamboo poles, iron pins and tying ropes.
